The route

The purpose of the course is to accompany you, alone or with your family, towards a conscious and serene management of nutrition . Together we will explore practical and gentle strategies to experience mealtimes with lightness and serenity, (re)discovering a balance that takes care of your health and well-being, in a sustainable and respectful way.

It is a path that requires your active participation , which is essential for building habits that can truly integrate into your daily life.

The steps

Our journey begins with a short free video call or phone call , lasting 20-30 minutes . This first meeting is an opportunity for a first acquaintance: you can tell me about your needs, and I will present the journey we can undertake together. If you feel comfortable and interested, we can schedule our first appointment!

The first interview, lasting 1 hour - 1 hour and a half , is a moment dedicated to deepening our knowledge. On this occasion you will tell me your clinical history , we will explore together your relationship with food and with the body , and we will define your wellness goals . Based on this information, we will outline the structure of the path that we can take together.

The nutritional interviews following the first, lasting 45-50 minutes , represent the stages of our journey. We will meet every 2-3 weeks to work on the aspects identified in the initial phase, through theoretical moments, practical exercises (some done together in the office, others to be done independently) and personalized support material.

Each path is unique and is adapted to your needs , with a duration and frequency of meetings defined based on the objectives agreed upon together.
